Kessler Rebellion is composed of concerned astrophysicists, policy experts, artists, and stargazers.

Some of us wish to remain anonymous, some are comfortable sharing our names.

Dr. Samantha Lawler

Dr. Lawler is an orbital dynamicist who is concerned about the satellites she sees in her research telescope data and in her night skies. She is a professor of astronomy at the University of Regina.

Eden Luymes

Eden is passionate about Environmental Justice and healing our relationships with the Earth and each other. She holds a graduate degree in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. Her academic research focuses on climate justice and the influences of neoliberalism and neocolonialism in global climate governance.

Daphne

Daphne is a motion-graphics animator, designer, and special-effects compositor from Southern California. She has always loved the night sky and all things space. Daphne is happy to help her scientist friends with design and data visualization animations

Sarah is a PhD student in astrophysics at Princeton University and an avid nature enthusiast. She's concerned about the impacts of satellite constellations on the environment, space security, and astronomy, and wants to preserve the night sky she sees while in the outdoors.
